I kept a secret record of all incidents for a year. I took a week off sick and the doctor put it down as 'reactive stress'. The managers wanted me to come back during this time 'and sort it out' but I refused. I waited till my 7 days was up so I would get a doctor's letter and medical evidence. It is important to go to the doctor. It turns out that his woman bully actually bullied the daughter of the manager and even made her cry. The fact that she had previous history helped my case. In the end the woman was disciplined. A lot of this does happen behind closed doors, which is how they prey on you. It is important to make sure if you can to make sure there are witnesses and never be alone with this person, alway if you can be by CCTV

Eamon and Ruth severely bullied Meghan Markle at every given opportunity, even going as far as saying Meghan should be thrown of the balcony. Those of us who have been on the receiving end of bullying, recognise bullying, and we now have a voice to call it out. Better still, karma has a wonderful of dealing with bullies.

I had a really bad case of management bullying in my last job. Being in hotels it was not an easy life but mentally tough and draining, also nearly lost my job of trying to be set up for something that was not true, they were looking for any excuse. Thankfully I left when covi d came and now slowly recovering. The truth s now sadly this is the culture of management versus employees, when watching Mr Bates v the post office this is only the tip of the ice berg there's a lot more going on in other industries so I have heard !! I was lucky to escape it.

I hate my job so much I like wearing leather coats I always get bulled and laughed by staff i hate my job I hate my life I am 😢 worthless I have to dress normal to place the people that put me down and when I dress normal I am 😢more sad and miserable because am only being like everyone else so no one bothers me and when I dress normal there was something wrong with me wearing leather coats because am not allowed 🚫 to be me
