Workplace Bullies and Their Wolf Pack

Have you heard of Enablers, Cliques, Wolf Pack, Flying Monkeys, Useful Goons, Lackeys, and Mobs? They are those spineless individuals that help the bully! The witness and bystander are sometimes part of the issue; they accordingly can participate in the resolution. Listen in as we discuss reasons why individuals do not help the target of workplace bullying.

I have been serially bullied in the workplace. I recently quit another job because of it. I have zero tolerance for nonsense, this seems to really get on these peoples nerves.

Bullies may think they are getting enjoyment out of bullying others but all bullies will have their day.Karma misses no one. Their evilness will eventually eat them alive.

There are two bullies who work in my office. Any error, small error is emailed to all managers by them. They target me, refuse to assist, engage or even answer my calls. I am dealing with queries for their dept. These are middle aged women . It’s incredible

The main bully was a smoker, so was the manager, they met outside and smoked together, most of the minor bullies were smokers too. The smokers networked in a manner that only addicts can. You had more chance of promotion if you were a smoker as you had informal access to the manager.
The bullies bullied and the manager denied it. The supervisors joined in.

I've never been the audience because I was always so good at my jobs that I was always, without fail, the target. I was just too kind (believing everyone else was also kind) to notice. The bully plays everyone. Bystanders and flying monkeys - good loyal workers - usually leave after they realize they've been used. The sad reality is many don't want to be the victim and are willing to violate their own boundaries and values to join the pack in fear of being targeted themselves, however the followers are usually bullied anyways (perhaps to a lesser degree).

It can also escalate to violation of human rights and assault, surveillance and harassment, infiltration of personal life and malicious watchlisting and kill listing, crimes against humanity, psychological warfare

I think a key strategy that bullies have mastery at but targets aren’t so adept is “influence” aka manipulation of others. If you have no mastery over this strategy there is no way a target can win, I didn’t even realize the strategy behind gaslighting my concerns wasn’t to annoy me but rather induce inevitable conflict with trusted subordinate who then went to bully to oust me. It just wouldn’t cross my mind in my profession that anyone would literally manipulate by going against who we serve in order to accomplish their selfish goal

I was being mistreated at my last job....to put it mildly. I never spoke up...never reported any of it...just hoping it would settle down in time. I knew that I had a 'main' detractor. In the end??? Their abuse....was turned around...and pointed at me. They made me out to be a monster, and honestly....I was the only 'human' in that group...aside from one or two co-workers...and a few upperclassmen. The good...the nice....the human hires....never lasted very long. A little respect in the workplace...goes a long way.

Does this count as a work clique? Basically, I don't get along so well with my coworkers. They don't talk to me when I'm around, quiet. They don't invite me to their table when I eat alone. They're each other's friends/conversationalists. I don't *_think_* they mean to leave me out, let alone they're bad people. I don't think they're thinking of me at all during their fun. Of course, it might be _my_ fault. I have occasionally said unfiltered things before, so _perhaps_ I permanently made a bad first impression. I have ASD.

This one girl is a great example. Seems to like everyone else but me. Oh, the fun, the playful sarcasm/joking, sneaking up on a guy who likes horror films and exchanging in Australian accents. When she talks to _me, _ she's pretty serious and, AFAIC, subtly firm or annoyed. She chatted with another worker while driving us to a venue; when it was just us two later, nothing. Now, I can't remember _what_ I said the first few days/weeks we met, but _perhaps_ it was the time I mentioned facemasks to a teen worker. Asked him if his school had to wear them, told him how they ironically make my nose feel congested when they're supposed to be protecting us. Not that I was going into depth about the sensitive topic; I was brief and casual. The girl was basically all, "Okay, John, that's enough. Let's not talk about that." Yesterday, she sounded a bit annoyed about my collecting things for a room that already had them. Didn't exactly sound *casual and respectful.* I snapped, "Did I do something wrong?" She was like _"What?_ No. I was just..." yadda yadda, I have to look into the room to see what's already there...something like that. But you know, it's hard to tell whether her information is matter-of-factly or stern and "anti-John." We were very quiet around each other that morning, and of course, she chatted merrily with the others the night shift. Is this a work clique?

Im being bullied at my job at life extension, its a great company that sells vitamins but they treat their employees like shit ... May god protect us all from office bullies

The bystanders don't report because covert bullies are so good at manipulation, everyone is manipulated and they have no idea they're being manipulated. Thank you!! 🙂

Bullies only goes for people who are seen "different" to the rest of other people whether it it's financial position, disabilities, got poor or no social support, or anyone who's in a disadvantage, is an easy target.
They gang up on victims, & turns anyone against the bullies.
Bullies, are known to be "respected", cause other people are scared of them, & prefer to be on the bullies "side", rather than the victims, so the victims has absolutely nobody.
It's a little wonder why they commit suicide, or selfharm, cause they feel worthless, useless, & rubbish

Hi I know why my manager and having others are attacking me. She gives her self away when she tells me things and there are key phases she uses. And she has been finding ways to get dirt on me even if it was not true. I have a lawyer but I don’t think he is any good. I was never was contacted what happened or said. Or anything else. How do I get a good lawyer here in Ohio
