I am just doing 100 squats per day and two sets of lounges each of 12 reps… I feel like my legs are so strong than any other parts… I recommend everyone just do regular squats and 3 sets of lounges each of 12 reps …See the difference in just one week

Would love one day for Chris to do a video explaining how he gets so good at so many things without overtraining. There’s so much I love to do, but find it hard to juggle it all to where I’m not spreading myself out too thin.

A deck of cards is 396, Aces are 15, face cards are 10 and all other cards are worth their own numerical value. If you pull small numbers and are advanced feel free to stack up multiple cards before rest. If you get past this and change the value of the face cards to 15 then it's a total of 456 squats.
