You can do 20 squats five Times a day.
It doesn't have to be 100 in a row...

So: Start small, add more later
Maybe 20 squats - rest - 20 squats - rest - something else? - stretch
If you have pain after a day or so: wait and recover (don’t just sit still or lay in bed… Keep active, but not much exercise… Perhaps a walk)
Once you have recovered
Repeat the squats: 20 squat - rest - 20 squat - rest etc
If you have pain again, recover
If you don’t have pain… start doing squats every other day
Then afterwards you could probably start doing 100 squats a day

This is awful advice. If you can't do 100, start with less and work your way to 100. If you can do 100 but suffer too much after, don't do it every day, do it every few days. Soon you will be able to do it everyday.

100 is nothing if you want to see the changes. i do 40sets * 25 reps with rest of 30 sec and 20sets 50 reps with 45 sec rest twice in a week for the last 3 months now i have started seeing good results.
