BENJI WATCH DAY 3: Benji started off at the bottom of the mat. Went off screen then came back to look out the window. Then laid out at the bottom of the mat took off came back (did that twice) and then finally took a snooze with Adriene to end the session

Yay! Day three done. I hit a personal milestone today - I got off the floor without using a chair for support. It’s been a while since I achieved that. Thank you Adrienne😊. I am still not able to manage all the moves but am motivated to join this movement. See you on the mat tomorrow everyone. 😊 0:02

Today I had a challenging morning and first thing I did coming back home was to 1. Kiss my cat 2. Rolled out my mat. During the practice I kept telling myself to focus on what I’ve achieved so far and not on what’s missing . I’m just learning to be okay with where I am at the moment. 🙏🏽 grateful for this practice and the uplifting comments ✨

Doing this in May 2024! Something that gets me through the tough parts is reminding myself that “I can do hard things.” Love that there’s this little community here

I was almost not getting up from bed for this but then I reminded myself how good it will feel. Going from bed to the mat and lighting a candle in these dark cold mornings is something very special. Truly an act of self love. ❤️🕯️

I'm a few days behind but committed to catching back up! Going through the videos with Adrienne is some real medicine for the mind and body, and reading these comments afterwards is medicine for the heart. I'm so grateful to be here with you all! Regardless of what's happening out there in the world, we're all showing up and bringing it all to the mat. That takes real strength. That takes real courage. Blessings friends ✨🙏✨
