This is a super intense ten minute high intensity interval class which will increase your core strength and stability in a very balanced way. This will also help with your handstands and perhaps help remove your back pains after long days of sitting. This intelligent and creative class will build those abs you always dreamed of. Keep it up. Modify if needed. Finish the entire ten minute workout!
