This ten minute HIIT workout will work your core: all parts of it, abs, transverse, obliques, deeper layers. This is a super intense ten minute high intensity interval class which will increase your core strength and stability in a very balanced way. This will also help with your handstands and perhaps help remove your back pains after long days of sitting. This intelligent and creative class will build those abs you always dreamed of. Keep it up. Modify if needed. Finish the entire ten minute workout!

Wow I’ve attempted this about 5 times since it was released as a way to test my progress in core strength. I may have missed a couple reps, but I finally made it thru the timer on each segment 🎉 thank you!!!

I’ve been doing these every other day and finally after a month I am able to do the “low boat rocks to low boat leans” part without my brain yelling “tap out.” 🙌🏾

Always find myself coming back to this class for a good core strength test. I have been doing your classes everyday for the last 6 weeks and I was able to get through this entire thing without stopping today. Yoga makes your core STRONG! Ohhh my days that was hard but very rewarding. I collapsed a few times and couldn't complete all the times but it will happen eventually👍 Great workouts and one of the best youtube channels around for yoga and strength etc 👍 keep up the good work 👍

I remember doing this more than a year ago, it was impossible to get through without several breaks. Now I lasted 8 minutes and had to make a small break and then continued till the end the progress is clearly visible, gonna be back here in a while
