Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. Bre and Flo have taught at several premium yoga studios in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years and are teaching their retreats, workshops and at festivals around the world.

Just really appreciate how beginner friendly this program is! As someone with very limited exposure (not even experience) to yoga, Embark has been a great introduction. I'm looking forward to days 4-7 and likely going to repeat this program a couple times before moving on to your other beginner-friendly videos! Thank you both for all the work you do to bring more people into the practice!

The breathwork made me feel one of the strangest and most powerful sensations i ever felt.. like i was wrapped up in love and energy and compassion for all beings, myself included. I felt oneness yet without forgetting my mortal limits, if that makes any sense. Thank you.. i still need time to process that.

Once again thank you for this. Did this session first thing in the morning so it definitely woke me up! Found it quite hard to go all the way through without taking short breaks so I definitely think I’ll repeat this course a few times. Namaste
