How can you cope with the abdominal pains from Gastritis?

Born with a spastic colon. IBSC/D swings from one to the other, since menopause. Masses of gas, no matter what I eat or how many bottles of water I drink. Gotten worse since seventieth birthday. Help!

I was diagnosed with a long colon during 2 different colonoscopy's. Constipation off and on over 45 years now. I was taking Citrucel fiber for years, which helped but I started to have pain in my gut, now I just eat the right foods but still get blocked up. Is there a remedy for long colon disorder?? I drink plenty of water.

Can partial obstructions be seen my a colonoscopy? Do they sometimes appear as gas or stool build up on an x Ray it ct scan?? I always feel like I never have a complete bowel movement even though I produce a lot of stool 5-8 times a day. My GI says IBS but there are no food triggers because even if I don’t eat my body tries to expel food from my colon.
