Constipation occurs when bowel movements become less frequent and stools become difficult to pass. The causes are eating foods low in fiber, sugar, antibiotics and not drinking enough water. People should try to drink two to four extra glasses of water a day, add high-fiber foods to their diet and keep exercising.

I am 22 years old and I have blood in the stool and also have a lot of pain in the stomach.
