Great advice. Things to watch out for - possible soy allergies, nitrates and sulphates added to packaged prunes, sprouting foods are not for those with low immune systems, check all your supplements ingredients especially for ingredients like talc.

non-gmo soy bean/milk is ok. My oncologist recommends it.

I soak my almonds for 48 hours and then make almond milk (with filtered water and a date for sweetness) - am I still getting the calcium benefits from the almonds?

Thank you so much! Without mentioning a supplement brand, is one form of calcium more assimilable and preferable when in comes to supplements?

I take a calcium/magnesium supplement that also has 5 mcg / 200 IU of D3. But i also take a D3 supplement that’s 25 mcg/1000 IU. Is that too much D3 daily?
