Ksm -66 ashwaganda is a must in my diet. It has done wonders for me. No more stress or depression. Never felt better. Also it has improved my strength to overdrive. Love it.

it really makes a lot of sense: during the day you do caffeine because you do not get enough sleep and in the evening you do melatonin because you cannot sleep from all the caffeine consumed during the day

For the melatonin it may not work if your inability to sleep is caused by stress, anxiety, etc it works most of the time tho

Magnesium has been my go-to mineral for years. It’s a muscle relaxant, so it will also help you to fall asleep easier when taken before bedtime. Secondly if you suffer from muscle cramps, it could be a sign of magnesium deficiency.

-garlic for cardiovascular
-beetroot for endurance
-spirulina for endurance and general bloodwork metrics

First, I am not a doctor always check with your doctor. I have been taking a melatonin supplement for over 5 years.
Here is a tip for taking melatonin, take it every other day and take it one hour before you sleep.
Taking the supplements every other day can help you from depending on the supplement, I made thus mistake and I ended up with a tolerance with the dosage I took.
