As a medicine enthusiast myself, I knew about almost all of these vitamins, antioxidants, aminoacids and herbs, only one I didn't know that much about was zinc as it is related to have more benefits in other areas. Great video, you always learn something new.

This is 100% on point. I have been consuming a lot of these vitamin for a awhile and it jus interesting to see this because it really works. ! My body is n great shape I don't have to do a lot of working out but jus being active is the key 30 min a day at least and these different types of vitamins and tricks to help keep u going!

Great content 👍. I was wondering if you could do(if you haven't done so already) a video on the better quality of these essential supplements. One can become bewildered with all the names for example magnesium. What is your recommendation for L-Arginine and boron supplements?

You should mention in your video about the possibility of consuming to much boron. It can be dangerous at certain amounts. It's a small amount which makes it worth mentioning. I believe 20 mgs is the limit for men and lower for women. Thanks! 💪mrwtby

Boron should be taken on two week on, one week off cycle. I read that it will raise your estrogen levels if you take it everyday.💪mrwtby

I find the suggestion of taking all these supplements a bit discouraging.... what would be more helpful is to state which foods to eat... eg DHEA, .. which foods ?

GREAT SUMMARY! Thanks! You told me important things I did not know. My only edit: citrulline is better than arginine. It builds nitric oxide which has many health benefits including improving erections.
