I still take collagen, but eat 1 - 2 avocados a day as well... Since I started this, people have complimented my skin... It's great to have "makeup OPTIONAL skin" at 46❤

A better source of the required amino acids for collagen is actually eating the collagen from beef or meat broth from bones which are more readily available for uptake than from plants

Dr. Gundry, I love beets, but I recently read somewhere that beets are not that great for us. I don't remember if it's because of my diabetes or thyroid conditions, or oxalates? Can someone clarify pls.

I have tried and tried allll sorts of collagen powder and nothing changes in my skin or hair. I have started taking amino acid powder...we shall see what happens.
