30 Minute Lower Body Giant Set Workout | FOCUS - Day 3

It's DAY 3 of our FOCUS program and I am so pumped for you to crush this workout with me! Today is a legs giant set workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 45 seconds at a time and complete 2 rounds of each giant set of exercises. Each giant set has 6 exercises with very similar movement patterns and we have a final one minute burnout toether. I love this format, it flies by!

I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells, my jump rope, and my glute resistance bands so grab yours if you're ready!

Exercises:
1. Front Squat
2. Left Side Racked Squat
3. Right Side racked squat
4. Goblet Squat
5. Bodyweight squats or jump squats
6. Squat Hold

7. Reverse Lunges
8. Right Leg Lunge
9. Left Leg Lunge
10. Split Squat Right
11. Split Squat left
12. Step ups

Good morning, Sydney Squad! I’m proud of myself for doing every workout this week. I started a new job but I was not going to stop doing these workouts. I did the workouts because I’m worth it. I’m going to do a lower body stretch tonight and continue moving as I relax at home. I’m proud of everyone who did every workout this week. I hope everyone has a good weekend and I’ll see on Monday!

Is it me alone that feels yea only 30 minutes. But then I am reminded why Sydney is the boss, the best trainer ever. That was a killer! I am drenched, my heart is racing, I am dizzy, my legs are trembling. But I am still focused on my journey. Thanks Sydney and Dustin. Great weekend everyone.

What a killer 30 mins - that last 60 seconds of jump-squats and squat holds was killer. Fair play to everyone that made it through, i wasn't one of them !!

The only way for me to get this workout in today was to have my three year old with me in my office/workout room. She cut paper, drew and tried to follow along with her one pound weights. It was hard to give it my all and stay focused, but I did my best — and I definitely feel stronger in more ways than one! Can’t give from an empty cup, so us mamas have to find creative ways to keep it filled.
