FUEL Day 1… Let’s Go!

Dumbbells, your mat, chair for Bulgarian lunges and lots of energy… everything you will need for FUEL Day 1!

The timer will be on for a majority of the workout 30 seconds per exercise, with 4 movements performed with no specific rest! Each 4 movements together essentially form a giant set and these are not random movements rather programmed to flow from one to another with many targeting the same muscles!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 2 x 15 kg and 2 x 12.5 kg each.

Try to relax during each rep and focus… lift with intent and the best that you can.

I finished Epic III two weeks ago. Same day I got dumped from a 5.5 years relationship. I’m still grieving but today I decided to get back to Caroline and start the Fuel series and wow, I’m so glad I did. Caroline makes me feel like such a baddie, I feel invincible again.

This series already feels amazing. It’s the start of my seventh program with Caroline and I can’t wait!

This was insanely intense. I was sweating and my heart rate was elevated. The Bulgarian lunge and the RDL giant sets were fire. I think Epic Heat and Beastmode had a baby...FUEL!

I'm just starting this today after I sort of started when I was pregnant. I had to stop due to pregnancy and I'm now 6 months postpartum, starting from scratch! I had to hold my 18 lb baby for most of the reps, and I needed lots of modifications and breaks. BUT I did it! It feels good to be back at at! Thank you for making this helpful resource available to all of us!

For a guy that is used to hitting the weights with strength, power and hypertrophy based workouts, this was a great change of pace. It can be as challenging as you want with the weight selection and complete range of motion. Also a great core routine with the single leg portions.
Enjoyed this very much Caroline. Look forward to the rest of the series.
