I start eating at 12noon and take my last meal between 4pm - 5pm.

1. Start wlth coffee and cocoa powder all without sugar or milk. I feel happy and energetic after taking this coffee and cocoa combo.
2. My second and last meal consist of red meat, non starchy vegetables, eggs and I always prepare my meals with butter. Sometimes I add avocados. Surprisingly, the hair on my legs and hands is getting thicker and my erections are very frequent. It's been 2 years and I have lost 13kg. I was 90kg but now 77kg. I take zinc and magnesium glysinate before sleeping. I sleep around 10pm and wake up at 4:30am. I take fish oil, vitamin D3 and K2 from Friday to Sunday. My life and energy are super. Also my wife says my snoring has totally disappeared. The usual pain around my neck vanished 2 months into my new lifestyle. I don't feel like napping during the day like I used to and my energy is steady throughout the day. I wish I had started this lifestyle earlier but as the saying goes it is better late than never. My friends think my skin looks fresh and young.

Exactly what I did...in addition I quit rice and rice related stuff. I quit in addition any fried foods, vegetable guess what, Exactly what you said happened. It was amazing. In addition, my endurance in the gym improved by a 1000% . No more angina which after two heart attacks was a problem. I wish I vould see if there was any reversal of plaque...but definitely the inflammation reduced making me feel as if my plaque had reversed. I am never going back. This is my lifestyle now.

100% right, doc. Down from 217 to 182, hand arthritis is better, hip also better. Have a CIMT later today. Eat only from 1:00 PM. ‘tIL ~7:00. Working to reduce inflammation, reverse calcification. Eat a little keto/sourdough bread, bake rolls w/almond flour. Believe once insulin overload is reduced, having an occasional complex carb, with a ‘normal’ insulin reaction is healthy. Your take on that?

Nothing happened to me when I was ~30 years (even more time). Now trying 15 years later... one week passed, still feel nothing

Gave up soda years ago. I finally got off all sugar 3 months ago, it took me a year!

Dude, boot camp they take away ALL suger--day 1 thru last day, 9 weeks later. No candy, chewing gum, colas, life savers--nadda. Every person in the company loses a lot of weight--lean. Also, eat only three times/day, no snacked and food treys are "portioned controlled. Military been doing this since late 60's at least. They just don't advertise. IMHO....

Who eats boxed cereal, sodas and white bread? No one I know. But I Iive on Vancouver Island B.C. we have long been into organic and natural. I am 79. Very vigorous. Never gained weight. No diabetes etc. Many I know are the same. We look young for our age. Exercise for fun. Always have.

It didn't work for me my sigar is still over 200 every morning and i am eating veggies and one piece of meat a day, just in one meal a day i have not lost weight either its been seven weeks im teady to give up
