All the risks they take to rescue these rich people, they should be payed better, if it wasn’t for the brave Sherpas Everest wouldn’t be possible for these people to climb.

Crevasse rescue training. If old mate walking up to the lip slips, he's going straight in too. No belay rope on him, no braking device on the rope, just a line to a carabiner floating along the rope. Then you got TWO men over board. And THEN, Mr Brightspart cinematographer thinks "I'll just go for a wander up there and have a look down the rabbit hole too. What could possibly go wrong?!" Christ on a bicycle. Some people just should not leave the comfort of their own lounge room.

the best way to stay safe on Everest is to not climb it! anywhere that's got an area called the death zone should probably be avoided.

Sherpa is not a job. Sherpa is a religion, culture, language, food and more. Guiding clients is a job, being a porter is a job, a Sherpa is not a job.

Mt everest has become a tourist attraction with the trails pretty much established and secured. People grandma's are climbing that thing so think about that

The tourist wouldn't be doing the same in return. The tourists up there leave the sherpas to die and climb over them to the top. Recently a Norwegian woman used a injured sherpa as a stepping stone to the summit on k2.

When a cravace opens up. It can literally swallow a person. The amazing Sherpas are the ones who risk so much to save those in peril. 💪🏻🙏🏻✨
