The narcs I know still haven't gave me closure just alot of devaluing, smear campaigns, gaslighting, bullying and slander .Leaving me with constant anxiety & ptsd . Yes I had called them out one reason why they stalk & blame shift me for what they had done behind my back . Been discarded & ghosted by the narcissist .

I was validated through my journaling. The same behaviour surfaced for 12 years out of a 14 year “relationship”. They do not change. The times they made us feel irrelevant and replaceable was because in their eyes we are. The grass is truly greener on the other side without them. Push through the initial pain. There is a beautiful oasis as the end of it. Thank you for you videos 🙏🏽❤️
