Here's a simple breakdown of what the 60-180 challenge entails:

*1-* 60 Days of Eating Raw Vegan (Uncooked Fruits and Vegetables).

*2-* No Cheat Meals!

*3-* Stay Fully Hydrated Daily

*4-* One 45 minutes workout in the morning.

*5-* Another 45 minutes workout.

NB. One workout must be outdoors.

*6-* 60 Days of Reading a Book for 20 minutes. (No audiobook). I recommend these 2 books:
'You Can't Hurt Me' by David Goggins.

'Never Finished' by David Goggins
