How To Fix Run as Administrator on Windows 10 Not Working

On this video, I will show you how we can fix Run As Administrator not working on Windows 10/8/7. If you try to run any application on Windows 10 as admin but you are unable to run it as administrator, then you will be able to fix it after watching this video. Sometime you are unable to run the application as admin because of limited privilege, in that case you will need administrator username and password. It might have been disabled for security reason, so that any user cannot run the application as administrator so that they won't install any bad software on their computer.
Sometime you won't be able to run the application as administrator because of misconfiguration, so you will be able to fix that after following the steps on this video. After you apply the fix, you will be able to run the desired application as administrator.

How are we supposed to run cmd as administrator... if nothing can be run as administrator. This is not a "fix" for anything.
It stopped working a while ago. And clicking on "run as administrator" does nothing at all. Useless.

since unable to run as admin, how it is possible to open cmd in admin mode to key in sfc /scannow? . I have checked my user account is in admin mode. Security level is the lowest. I having issue when trying to click run as admin not only in cmd, other program as well like notepad

when im on "choose a new account type page", and i chose administrator instead of standard. It doesnt let me finalize with the "change account type" button, it remains greyed out. Frustrating

I find this advice equally as useless as the half dozen other YouTubes I have checked out. I conclude that if something has screwed up the system, all kinds of stuff stops working. The demonstration is presumably valid for a fully functional system.
