I like this mechanical drop set approach. A lot like starting with straight-elbow lateral raise and progressively bending while fatigued until it's 90 degrees.

Hey CT.. I'm a huge fan of all the videos, I've probably watched every single one on here atleast once. I've noticed a reoccurring theme of scapular movement and squeezing and holding. I have winging scapula on my left shoulder blade from overuse in baseball and poor mechanics. Do you recommend using light weights on the rows and all back exercises and just concentrate on the r.o.m.? Any advice is welcome. Thanks for all the help!

@kwstas67 Probably to protect the elbows, it's easy to shift a lot of tension onto the biceps or the elbow ligaments when the elbow is locked.
