Bent Over Barbell Row - Another exercise that offers multiple variations. Working both the middle back and the lats. Again, that linebacker stance, hips locked. Bringing the bar up to the belly button. Another option is underhand grip. You may find this helps you bring the bar further in to the hips. For more of a squeeze in the middle back. For greater stability, go for the machine. To help prevent swinging and protect the lower back. Or if you prefer free weights, an incline bench will also support the upper body. Still with a great squeeze in the middle back. Bars and machines are best for adding more weight. The dumbbells let you hit different angles on the muscles. These subtle changes in the movement help keep the back fully functional. And add detail and balance to your overall muscular development.

Take it easy you only need two exercises for NATURAL trainers....pick two...train to failure...1sec positive 2-3sec negative... good form....2 sets...reps don't matter but more than 5...works for mostly every trainer...IMO

Can't beat these.. however,
If you set up for bent over bb rows, don't want to stop halfway as shown here then starting the set.
Do a full deadlift to prime your back and lower risk for back injury, then proceed to bent over position and begin

never thought to use my bench like that paired with my barbell ! def going to attempt this tonight in my gym! been wanting to find new ways to hit my back. Got very very tired of standing bent over rows.

3 different grips!!! The neutral grip is tricep heavy, so probably the worst option.
