No thank you; stay small and weak if you want, but barbell rows, like any compound movements, is a phenomenal exercise.

Bent over rows at a 90° angle has worked best for me. My lower back doesnt complain about it because it's actually built up unlike how most people complain about it getting tired easily. Plus, chest supported T bar rows arent in every gym, and cables take out a lot of stabilizing muscles at least for me when it comes to the back.

Dont diss bent over rows man. They should be the main back builder for 99% of lifters alongside pull-ups. These other options are good as acsessories but should not fully replace bent over heavy barbell rows

Same here.. 50 years old Barbell rows were my go-to for years.. the core and hip hinge stability ...helped my deadlift ..but now priorities change exercises change ; I don't. Need to so I don't.. results on strength and physique haven't changed since doing it..
