Pendlay row (if we could call it bent over row from deadstop), explosive concentric and controled eccentric for volume gave me huge back gains

I never said out loud I was working out.

I don't workout at the same time or days

My pull push and legs days might as well be random.

I never said any exercise out loud, I'm alone rn, or looked anything else up, rarely do I look up as specific exercise week to week.

I just finished weighted pullups, was about to do bent over rows and decie3d to open youtube to check for Nippard or Israetels shorts guide on it. And what do I see front page? This damn video suggested.

I've been working in IT over 20 years.

The algorithm is magic.

Pro-tip: deadlift the bar and then literally perform a RDL as deep as you can, or until you are almost touching the floor.
