There's Ashwagandha and Curcumin in my B1 supplement and boy it worked SO well at reducing my chronic anxiety. After having "severe" PTSD symptoms for 8 years, I finally feel like my old self again 🎉

I am surprised Dr. Berg did not mention anything about Niacin B3. I have to look into B1. I have used Ashwagandha, and I have not noticed much of a difference. I am not sure what’s different in me that it doesn’t work. I love Dr. Berg’s advice. Currently using Niacin for about a week. Thank you!

Ive taken ashwaghanda tea at bedime and mag citrate or calm with theanine gaba, but during the day when i have an anxiety attach, someone told me you could have a b deficiency. Can i take benfotiamine with r alpha lipoic acid to help my nerves in the day??
