One minute they’re obsessed with you the next they act like you never existed. When I was still trying to work things out(not knowing he was a narc) he would devalue me and discard me, yet as soon as I began to move on and pull away he would come rushing in with the love bombing only to repeat the cycle! Getting out of this by the grace of god! I pray for anyone going though this! Just know that you are strong enough to make it out!!!

I was married to a covert narcissist for 6 years. I had no clue—just thought his behavior was bizarre. He became more and more difficult to live with—silent treatment, rages, etc. it ended one evening when he went into a rage and strangled me. I truly thought I would die. I couldn’t get out that night but left early the next morning. He pleaded with me to come back. I got an order of protection and went no contact. He called constantly, then cut off my phone and credit cards. When I didn’t respond he started sending me jewelry and clothes—I sent them back. Then he wrote a horrible, nasty email and sent it to his attorney and me, accusing me of horrible things. He threw out all my clothes. He was just awful. It took 2 1/2 years to get divorced—he fought the whole way. Cost me lots of money but I am free of his abuse. I AM A SURVIVOR!

I’ve seen narcissistic rage from my mother. I confronted her on her behavior and she went crazy yelling and calling me a liar. She tried to turn it back on me & accused me of the very thing she does. Best thing is to cut all communication.

I suffered 2, 5 years from narcissistic abuse. He tried to take everything away from me, I wasn’t allowed to leave the house or have contact with any male even family.. Once I said NO he disappeared. These people will always play the victim and they will never ever admit that they did you wrong. Don’t try to get answers or closure from them. You’ll never get it.
Stay away from them, be happy and live your life to the fullest. ♥️
