I do 200 jumping jacks followed by a gap of 1 minute and completes 5 sets. So in total I do 1000 jumping jacks a day. It's the best exercise I have ever done in my life.

if i have an healthy diet and do jumping jacks for 10minutes (60seconds x 10sets) will i be able to lose 1kg per week.

Currently I'm trying to do 3000 jumping jacks and my legs are really taking the toll. But I'm determined to strengthen my legs.

Resting on Your toes yeah gotta make sure.. That is important many dont know this and hurt themselves

An excellent way to do this exercise for long term heart health is 5 to 7 sets of 1 minute each with a 3 to 5 minute rest between each set.

Also, the video doesn't mention arm muscles being worked but they definitely do get a workout.
