Best channel EVER!!!! Thanks to you I have lost 25 pounds of fat in the last 3 months without losing my lean muscles. Almost ready to start cutting and leaning my muscles. Keep up the hard word educating people about eating habits.
Id just like some ideas of diets for weight lifting exercising plans. I wanna get a body like yours, not too bulkie, but with noticeable and lean\clean muscles.

Hey brad, love the videos, they have been very helpful to me I lost a 100lbs in one year by following your advice and doing my best to eat healthy I do a lot of cardio and weight training but since I have lost the weight I have some loose skin on my lower belly which sucks lol .. My question is do u have any tips for tightening loose stomach skin thank you man keep up the good work I look forward to all your new vids

2:18 - I dont understand why whey protein is allowed on Paelo. Isn't it protein derived from dairy? I cant even use it because it makes my skin break out.

Good to know! Quick question - I use a protein powder made from brown rice. Does this mean that's a useless powder? Should I combine it with something else to complete the amino acid chain?

Hi, i just found a bread that have a 30g of protein and 20 g of carbs per serving (2slice) is it a complete protein? Btw its wheat bread but with an enriched protein flour (somthing like that)
