1) Personal & interesting fact: I am HIGHLY allergic to all shell fish, crustaceans, and most fish 2:09
2) Environmental impact & ocean pollution 3:30
3) Health considerations & poisoning (heavy metals, parasites, omegas, etc.) 5:50
4) Compassion & ethics 13:40
5) I don't eat anything that has eyes 19:10
