The problem with your advice is that plant based sources like flax seeds don’t supply us with enough DHA and EPA (omega 3 fats) compared to fish which is a really important part of maintaining a healthy heart and brain. My advice is algae supplements for vegans:) I loved everything else about the video, very informative 🍃

Thank you for being you Kristina. I would love to see more videos talking about topics like this and about veganism for the animals. Although I'm vegan, but not fully raw, you've really motivated me to eat more raw food that has helped me recover from a lot of my autoimmune issues. You're an inspiration to me and so many other people, thank you for your compassion and inspiration.

THANK YOU for specifically diving into the topic of seafood. I can’t understand why, but I also get asked “why don’t you eat fish?” soooo often. A lot of people nowadays understand why meat/dairy is avoided, but seafood still seems to be a taboo topic. I have several friends who have cut meat/dairy out of their diet, but not seafood, so once again, thank you! I will definitely be sharing this with them !

Thanks for listing alternatives to fish in ways of getting Omega 3’s into our diets instead of just listing negatives. I’m looking for more plant based options for getting good quality omega-3s. I love flaxseed and chia seeds.

26 years ago, I had learned from my Biology teacher Osias how we re truly meant eat a vegan diet and how we've distanced ourselves from this truth, the more we feel attracted to untrue media. Now Im 4, 5 years vegan, seeing and feeling so many internal and positive amazing changes, I think its amazing how the vegetable nature is spiritually bonded to our human nature. And I should thank Kristina Carrillo for helping me reconnect to it through her awesome YT videos, specially that one where she shares her amazing experience with true eye color revelation (natural eye color change). And on this new video, I should share my experience too. On my one year transition journey, fish was the last animal product I abolished. Then I noticed 2 surgery scars that kept me with queloid literally going down. One on my lower lip, from my dog bite (36 years ago) and another one, from appendix surgery (25 years ago). The curious thing was that even though these surgeries were executed so long ago, before I was vegan, I could still feel as if these surgeries had taken place a few months. But now that I follow a vegan diet, I feel so great.
