My thoughts on the video are as follows:

If the brain is a book, then our hand is the focus.
Turning to the right page is crucial for retrieving the correct information.
If the hand is shaking, that indicates a lack of focus, which can result in the jumbling of thoughts and information.

Stress affects both physical and mental health. It's like a silent enemy that can live inside us.

I've lost the keys to two cars in the same day. I found one in key to one car, but not the other. I can't imagine where it is. I've looked all over the house, garage and, well, I haven't been near the BMW. I've been to sleep and I'm still nowhere better off. The key was in my hand when I was looking for the first one. How mad is that?

Try doing simple mental arithmetic until you remember what it was you forgot. Works every time for simple things. My ability to focus and learn was destroyed between the age of 9 and 12 when I was beaten senseless every day by the headmaster at my primary school for having the wrong accent in the country we had emigrated too. 50 years later the problem still exists. The teacher involved knew what he was doing to my long term mental state and inability to learn. Today he would go to prison.

Genuinely enlightening talk, thank you. I thought it was just me, having a 'Swiss cheese' memory and having 'senior moments'. Thank you for providing some great insight to this common issue. 👌😎

I suppose you have lots of keys to cherish too much and you are likely to make mistakes in prioritizing those.
You should curate your priorities and throw over the stuffs more than half. If not, I suppose you might lose those in order of your precious things.

When will Google wake up to the fact that we are fallable? Why does Google ask the impossible when we need to get into our phone or our email account? My bank asks me one question that I would never forget, " what's your mother's maiden name?" How hard is that?
