With all that said, it's important to eat anti-inflammatory foods! Gluten free sensitivity/Celiac Disease can also be a huge issue. Get tested for Celiac Disease.
An anti-inflammatory, Whole Foods, Plant Based Diet will change your life. Be patient with it. It took years of eating the wrong foods that caused damage to your body. It can take a year to truly feel the benefits of eating this way. For some, it can take 2 years. But I promise you...you stick with it and you will be so grateful you did!!!
Another thing, talk nice to yourself!!! Learning to do this will change your life! It's also important to not fall victim to online bullying, drama, Gossiping about others, etc.
Tell yourself everyday, "I AM worth it", "I am Beautiful", "I AM a good, kind person", I AM Loveable", "I love myself". I WILL be kind to others even when they are not nice", etc. ♥️
