I suggest you try meditation or simply relaxing music. It's a simple way to reduce stress and anxiety. Meditation provides a soothing of the mind and helps to connect with yourself. Obviously, this does not prevent being followed by a health professional. However, I believe it's a good way to take care of yourself and make you feel better. I sincerely hope that you will find your means to fight your stress.
