Loved this, thank you. I've been dealing with a building disc in my neck and just found out I have a labral tear in my hip so knowing that even gentle movement is helpful makes me feel like recovery is possible 🙏

If I have a lower back injury/pain (from a workout) that is 10 days old, is it ok to do low impact workouts? I have attempted to do a few low impact workouts over the past 10 days, but I think even low impact flares it up. Do I need to avoid working out all together or are certain types of workouts ok? How long does it usually take to start noticing improvement? Ideally I would still like to somehow get my heart rate up while I heal as I use exercise for my mental health. Also, part of my job usually involves jumping around a lot, so I'd like to be able to get back to work as soon as I can. This is the first time I have had an issue with my back that significantly impacts my life and being able to move normally - it's really scary! Any advice would be appreciated. I will include these back pain mobilisation exercises. Thank you!

I had a hip labrum repair and 3 weeks post op started getting sciatica down operated leg. With the prone push up with about half range. I can't push back until my arms are straight only to where they are bent halfway. Any suggestions for gaining more range of motion?

What about for a bulging disk around c7? Same thing or different things? I'm so tired of constantly being in pain.
