I am a lifelong wrestler and martial artist, and, for more than a decade now, I have been doing physical therapy for my right arm and shoulder, thinking that I had a bicep tendon or rotator cuff injury. I am just realizing that I also likely have a neck impingement! I'm really grateful for this new knowledge, and I am excited to start physical therapy to help my neck and arm get healthier 🥋🥋👊👊💪💪

He speaks my language. Sometimes when doctors talk I don’t speak their language. It makes me keep on cracking my neck. My neck and back I have trouble getting up. Can’t use the left side of my body

I’m not even sure this is what’s even happening to me right now, but his explanation is so good I will like the video anyways!

I used this video to self-diagnose and it was correct. That was after visiting a masseuse, a chiropractor, and a physical therapist. Thank you.

I was just diagnosed with herniated C6 and C7. Its been shooting up into the base of my skull, it has affected my jaw bones, shoots to my ears, has caused the room to spin, and my balance is off. But they say the cord isnt pinched. But in my life of 4 spinal surgeries Ive ran into doctors who actually lied to me on the MRI results. So 🤷‍♀️

Thank you for a little hope and positivity. Spines and mostly doom and gloom.

For me I have this constant pressure sensation in the back of my head and neck that never goes away. It isn't debilitating unless it develops into a more traditional, throbbing headache but it's still a very weird feeling that I know isn't normal. Been dealing with it for 2-3 years now.

Thank you, great explanation. I’m waiting for surgery C5-6 and C6-7. Spinal cord is compromised and is affecting my legs.

Herniated disc improves pain or cures with ozone therapy, as it deflates the nerve that the disc is out of place compressing, magnetotherapy, physiotherapy exercises or sometimes even consuming food saffron spice, which is an anti-inflammatory and improves the pain. But you can not consume large amounts of it, because excess anti inflammatory can lead to death, have to consume with caution and balance. Hope it helps everyone! Hugs.

Been dealing with this pain for almost a year, don't think it's going away. No one is doing surgery or shots on me, I won't allow it. So this is my new Yay!
