It's highly not recommended I had added to my kadha with ginger jeera saunf pepper ajwain...n raw haldi but second day I threw up blood from mouth, remember flax seedis high in omega 3 6 9 ..and also a blood thinner boiling gives having gel like consistency which is fast absorbing infact natural remedies like flax n chia seeds interact with cholesterol tab if your on one and blood become so thin that heart rate increases..n you can have fast ❤ rate and also can get dry cough sukhi khasi and stagnant while walking as heartstops skipping beats...I hv experienced hence don't upload wrong info no way boiling flax is good for heart....it's an reflux blood spike from mouth why don't know but surely risky if mouth then blood can puke from eyes nose also pleasedont try a genuine suggestion
