Get ready to Start Somewhere. Since becoming first-time parents we’ve experienced just how difficult it can be to stay active and maintain wellness as a priority. We realized that if we’re both feeling this way then we’re sure there are others that feel the same. So after a few months of conversations and back and forth…we decided to just start somewhere and bring you along for the journey.
