It’s been more than a month now since I’ve been doing your workouts. I wake up and do them the first thing in the morning.
Being a student and also working, I only get time to do a 30 min workout everyday. This is so helpful.
I’ve lost weight and have even started getting cuts on my arms. Plus I’m way more confident now, and I’m able to do my favorite sport.

Love it. If these workout get easier, increase the intensity or follow up with finishers or HIIT or shadow. Love it, simple but yet effective

I have tried lots of your sessions, but this is my go to workout. It's so easy to modify by adding to the length of the combos or doing more of the squat sets at the end. Thanks for so much brilliant free content; the best workouts on YouTube by far!
