It's sooo intense. I always sweat after this workout. Trying to lose after birth weight. Thank God I came across this. Reminds me when i used to do kickboxing. A great substitute

This is PERFECT! Thank you for doing this. I'm 55 and need to lose weight or I'm not going to see 56. I've got 2 bad knees, torn rotator cuffs, a permanently damaged wrist (can't bend it but it still supports my weight if I can keep it straight) and a job that keeps me on the road most of the year. I just tried your workout for the first time and I can physically do all of it (in short chunks) and it is great for getting my heart rate up and breaking a healthy sweat. It's exactly what I need and no painful after effects.

man I was lackin on those last combos definitely felt the fatigue and could see my punches slowing down. kept my gaurd up though. Gonna keep doing this every other day and work on my speed and endurance for sure. killer workout

Nate, When lockdown began here in Queens, I started going out to the Kasciusko Bridge every morning and doing your 20 minute hit workout. I'm 56 years old and now, because of NateBowerFitness, I can move like I did decades ago. Thank you. Keep the content coming cause I don't plan on slowing down anytime soon.

Nate bower has changed my life. Started about 1 year back and still doing the workouts. No gym membership, everything at home. Best thing about his workouts, they never truly become easy, just easier and so you increase the tempo and its harder again.
