This is part one of a new sci fi 3d environment. In this episode I'll show you how to create trim sheet using 3Ds Max and Substance Painter and in the next episode we will create modular environment using it.
Trim sheets are easy and effective way to create fast and optimized environments for games.

I'm doing tutorial for 3D Artists that are beginners or already with some experience and want to improve their skills.
Some of the software I use :
3Ds Max 2021, Zbrush, Photoshop, Unreal Engine 4 and Substance Painter

Very nice trim sheet! I think it would have looked better with the red color though

Nice! But too fast. And also one thing is confusing me. There are too many identical mirrored elements. That's the point of the trim sheet that you can reuse one element many times, so you don't have to make another same-looking one. You could use that space for a different design, so in the end, you will have more various unique elements on your trim sheet. Thanks for the video, it is inspiring!
