One of the most helpful things I've picked up from these videos to improve my workouts is the whole pushing yourself into the ground thing, helped me a ton with maintaining my form throughout a set.

I appreciate the fact you don't use 500lbs for every example like other fitness youtubers do. It's about form not ego.

It’s something in Jonni’s eyes that is so genuine. Excellent teacher/coach.

I’ve been going back to you past videos: excellent. Honesty, straight-talk, non-ego, critical and objective thinking, teaching— very good. Learning how to do things correctly might seem like its boring, but it’s really the most enlightening and helpful. It will set you up for a lifetime of productive and injury-free lifting. You are the best fitness coach on YouTube. Thank you

My man is the true goat. Shows us the exercise with the worse form that can cause injury to show us the right way. Since I’ve been watching I’ve had crazy gains.

Jonni is literally one of the 2 best people on YouTube when it comes to bodybuilding. See its not only good for beginners but also for people like me that know how to perform exercises correctly because it's good to revisit your form periodically and make sure u didn't deviate. Coolest dude I hope I meet him some day

Another great demonstration video. I really like your no hype production value. I don't need background music or being yelled at to stay engaged.

Thank you for this. These are instructions that people usually have to pay for. Highly appreciated.

Great video as always and informative.
Shoulder depression, alignment of the arms, and position of the elbow, with minor tweaks, really do make a massive difference.
It would be awesome if you have such videos for all muscle groups.
Keep it up Jonni!

The real hero here is the grandma in the background pulling the sled. Sorry, Jonni.

Great content as usual.

It’s always good to go back to the basics. Another banger! I train my side delts 3 times a week with high volume and include myo reps or drop sets every now and then. Side delts recover quick so they can use a lot of volume.
A rear delt mistakes video would be great. It’s a small part of the delt but the most important part when looking at your delts a a whole. That roundedness that makes you look like a gijoe action figure is pleasing to the eyes. It’s just hard to connect every now and then.

A brand new week💪, let’s get it this week started Jonni! Thank you 🙏 for this video. The last common mistake I did was bending my elbows. I’m going to use this tool form here on out
