windows should have learned after windows 8. they should be making tablet OS's more like desktop OS's, not the other way around.

I'm with LTT on this; Lot's of the small UI improvements seem to work together towards a more consistent, intuitive UX. This is a big break from the last few releases, where they added new features & programs with new behaviors without putting much thought into how they integrated with existing older features.

Looks and feels like a Windows version of MacOS, especially with the way settings, apps, and the Taskbar are all set up both visually and functionally.
