They waste billions developing this crap and meanwhile there isn't even a simple toggle to send notifications to my second monitor so I can look at them while gaming/watching videos on fullscreen and windows search cannot find a single file on my drive.

Putting such data on every computer is a call for creating new sniffers to recolect that data and make extorsions much, much easier.
Time to time, i can imagine a lot of 'malware' creators wanting to recollect that data, not only as a 'bet', also for getting money in illegal ways.

In before: whoops we had a bug where some users that disable recall found it re-enabled. We will make better efforts going forward to ensure the user does not realize they cannot disable this feature.

I don't see any use case for this at all ... maybe I'm getting old, but you can google, you can link, bookmark, you can use the history feature on apps and ... well ... note things down (you are just on an input device!) ... if all that is something you didn't do, how important was that info in the first place? Important enough to install an all time on key and screen logger???
