My diet
Breakfast - moth, lobia, boiled chana, moong dal
Lunch -- 4 roti dal white rice
Snack - 3 banana, 2 spoon peanut butter, 1 cup milk
Dinner- 5 parathaa 2 cup aaloo or 2 cup of bhindi or tinde
4 boiled egg

This fills my daily protein goal 😊😊😊😊

The mistake we have been doing is we check on the big title holder body builders, who dont share basic mistakes which we are repeating, this guy is covering them.

11 o'clock
Overnight soaked kale channe ( 1 cup )
