Definitely subscribing. I’ve been working out for about a year and I’ve gained 10 pounds. But this next year my goal is 10 more and I really couldn’t figure out why I’m stuck at my current weight. Very excited to see someone that has gone through my struggles showing how he got out of them.

David, I have to say I recently started that workout plan you've provided last week. The crazy thing it WORKS! I limited my cardio, started eating more (3, 264 Calories/day), and train 3 times a week non consecutive. Within a week I'm already seeing significant improvements in my physique. I'm doing everything the clean way without any steroids. I got a long way to go, but the changes are VERY noticable. My first mistake was over training. The second was not eating enough. The last one was I wasn't doing the right kind of workouts. I hope to keep you updated as I get closer to obtaining my desired physique. Thanks David ☺️☺️.

As a skinny guy, I am not scared of getting fat. I’ve gone 27 years with a small fat percentage. What I am scared of is eating filthy and that in itself hindering my progress. I’ve noticed that when I eat clean, I see results a lot faster.
