Ughhh Seen a specialist and still have no answers ... I have popping sounds and I know the disc is out of place and I’m pretty much screwed now and she told me to get a custom night guard + physio to relax the jaw pain( and she said might not even work) or get invisalign ... I know I grind my teeth but I’m not sure if she confirmed it was tmj (never ordered mri test which is what I heard is needed) and now got to have a sleep test cause I said had a deviated septum and I was waiting for surgery and I thought that was my cause and she said to get it done incase it’s sleep apnea lmao

5 weeks of daily pain and no sleep and still have no answers and don’t know what to Do so fed up

Towards the top where you hold around cheekbone area, when I hold it down and open and close my mouth something pops on my right side. I got it from a physical altercation with multiple people so a lot of blunt trauma and it’s been months but seems to have healed weird?
