If the bones you use for making bone broth are not from grassfed, pasture raised animals, then the bone broth will be inflammatory. Store bought bones come from feed lot animals filled with corn, fillers and other foreign ingredients.

I have no cartilage in my right knee
I been taking vitamin C vitamin D and Vitamin k for 6 years and nothing has happened to my knee still in pain when it rains, and when I kneel down to pick up something, 😟

I find that using a mega dose of boswellia will help with the pain. And don't use sugar! It will negate everything you are trying to do!

i jog 4 miles per day, sometimes 5, and my knees are fine.. But my right knee pops about 12-20 times per day when I am just walking around the house.. It does not hurt at all, unless I squat down like a catcher to pet my cat, , , , It hurts so bad I cannot squat at all, but running does not bother it at all, or the popping either, , its just really weird.
