I put nutritional yeast as an experiment on top of a tomato that I had cut into slices it was absolutely delicious 😋

Excellent presentation. I recommend adding Eye drops, Cineraria Maritima and N-Acetyl Carnosine NAC drops for Cataracts. Foods: the red dye of Annatto seeds, soak seeds, drink liquid. Goji berries. Juicing raw leafy greens, Kale/Spinich. Best taken in quantity, improves cataracts. Blueberries, etc.

never forget minerals, just as important as vitamins, eat veggies in all colors, blueberries, spinach, cauliflower, tomatoes, lemon water, yellow veggies. Wear good sunglasses, dont overstrain eyes with too much computer work, look into green nature, blue skies, dont smoke, dont look pornogrophy (no kidding), drink a lot of water, get good sleep and enough movement and all the tips shown here. Then there are eye excercises, palming, etc
