I did select these items and yet I still have 75 gigabytes of photos, whereas I have 20, 000 photos and 1, 000 videos, so less than you. This iCLOUD storage is incomprehensible. Because if you delete a photo to free up storage, it gets deleted from icloud.
I pay a 10 euro subscription and I have no storage available.

It does not MOVE.... and as most of the comments here say, there is a moment when this logic stuck when the optimized sync has no space...
