Thank You soooo much for these balance exercises. I had no idea I had such terrible balance until starting these. It's very frightening to me, as I'm only 53! I shouldn't have been surprised, I've always been "uncoordinated ", never played sports, danced, etc. Suppose I've always been this way! 😮 But, now, I am working on this, thanks to you!! PS, love seeing Buddy! (I have 2 little ones myself!)

Hi Shelly my name is Denise I live in liverpool England. You have changed my way of life with movement and excersizes . I'm 62 but had fractured foot 3 years ago with metal work in my foot now.
Doing these effective but slow movements is excellent way to keep fit and use weights which keeps me enjoying my life more. Thanks you and bless😊

Another great balance challenge! Thanks so much! Agreed, these exercises should be done a few times a week to keep on top of healthy living! Sadly, a few of my non-motivated friends who couldn't be bothered with exercise, are now dealing with preventable injuries and surgeries due to falls.

I’m 57 yrs old and rollerskate at my local park. I speed skate doing 4 miles in under 24 minutes. It’s a blast and an awesome leg workout! So fun!❤
