Quick answer nope.
No cleanse is required for a body as kidney and liver are doing their job.
Secondly a gut biome changes in 6-8 months so to see an effect it will take wayyyy longer than few days.
Third juice cleansers devoid you of fiber and many vitamins that exist within fruit and you are left with plain fructose similar to corn.
Which is highly dangerous for insulin producing beta cells and your blood sugar. You may end up throwing up because of high sugar and body not able to handle that much or in many cases diarrhea. Which in turn will take month to repair as it may cause leaky gut.
Fourth when not chewing mind and body doesn't register those drink as food as no saliva stimulation. You will be hungry all the time. And body will kick in starvation mode and as soon as you eat bam fat storage stomach, hips and thighs.
Lastly,
Your liver will not able to able to take as much as sugar. Because it is frustrose, it's processed in liver and it will be stored as glycogen. May cause fatty liver in some or not all in some depends on medical history.
So once a while a juice go have it without guilt. Take that fresh juice freeze it blend it and voila sorbet.enjoy in summer, but nothing beats A BEET (DAD JOKE ALERT, my father of course said it).
Nothing beats good food and once in a while junk here and there you are tip top.
Of course ask your physicians beforehand.
It's just some knowledge not a guideline take it with a grain of salt.
Have a good day.

It will be good that she study the books of Bernard jensen and some other practitioners; very different to her orthodox view on juicing.
